Lovelle helps you create and send digital invitations. We only use the data we need for that, and we never sell it.
Who we are
The data controller is Lovelle (lovelle.ro). For any question about your data, write to us at contact@lovelle.ro.
What data we use
Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash). Invitations: what you fill in the editor (names, dates, venues, messages, names of parents and godparents) and the email address you ask the manage link to be sent to. Replies (RSVP): each guest's name, whether they're coming, the number of guests and their message. Only the invitation's organizer sees them. Technical data: IP address and browser, used for security and to limit abuse.
Why we use it
To create your account and sign you in, show your invitation to the people you send the link to, deliver your guests' replies and send the emails your account needs (confirming your address, resetting your password, the manage link). The legal basis is providing the service you ask for.
How long we keep it
Your account and its invitations stay until you delete them. Drafts created without an account and never published are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format and object to its use. Write to us at contact@lovelle.ro. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, its link to Google or Facebook, the invitations in it and the replies they received. If you can no longer sign in, or want us to delete only some data (for example a reply you sent as a guest), write to us at contact@lovelle.ro from your account's address. We delete the data within 30 days. You can also remove Lovelle's access at any time from your Google or Facebook account settings.

Signing in with Google or Facebook
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we only receive your name, email address and an account identifier from them, so we recognize you next time. We don't receive your password, your friends list or any other data, and we never post anything on your behalf.
